KUON’s 1950’s Czechoslovakian Olive Tent Shorts

Following the last article, “KUON’s Spring & Summer 18 – Aizome Sashiko“, KUON introduced wide-fitted shorts for its Spring & Summer 2018 collection. The pair is made of 1950’s Czechoslovakian military tent covers. Being over 60 years old, the textile are different to each other in depth of color, location of seams and conditions. KUON’s designer Ishibashi, a former pattern maker of Japanese brand kolor, makes great use of these differences to make the shorts so unique that none of the pair is the same.
