Unquestionably, the best way to fade your jeans is wearing them continuously. But the problem is the time. It usually takes at least half a year or a year. Especially, for those who must wear suits five days a week and have no time to break in their jeans, it takes ages and ages to get the ideal fades. Here is a tutorial of a method called “Sea Wash” that fades jeans amazingly well but instantly and easily. The fades with it looks more natural than other artificial ways like sandpapering. If you are an impatient white-collar worker, go and try “Sea Wash” your jeans.
1. Wear your jeans
2. Go to a beach
3. Play and swim in the water
4. Roll around in the sand
5. Rub the sand over the jeans, especially the areas you want to get fade like whiskers and Honeycombs
6. Repeat steps 3 and 4 several times until you’re satisfied or tired
7. Rinse your jeans in fresh water
8. Dry them in the sun
